Positive: I had a wonderful time with my family staying at these apartments. The place was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything looked exactly like in the photos and even better. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were cozy, and the view from the balcony and terrace on the 3rd floor was just beautiful. We really admired the evenings time spent on the terrace with grill and seaview. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is clean and uncrowded, a 10-minute walk from the apartments. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely and comfortable getaway. This is not negative, but it is still important to note a few things: The apartments are located far from the center, so if you prefer to eat in restaurants or cafes, it is better to have a car or use a taxi. Due to the fact that the house is located near the road, it can sometimes be noisy at night because of motorcyclists.

Positive: It was the nearest apartment to the beach front in the locality. There were the variety of small (individual) beaches 5 minutes walk from the appartment. The apartment is freshly repared, with all new facilities, air-condidtioners, and a balcony in each room. Besides, there is a roof with perfect sea view and Opatia - Uchka view. It was comfortable stay for the family with 2 children. We prefer to take a glass of vine in our personal roof bar in the evening.

Negative: The house is located at the corner of 2 roads, so it was a bit noisy at night

Summary: The stay was pleasant and worth to repeat
