Positive: The apartment is very spacious, with a balcony, a large kitchen with a living area, and a bathroom. Everything is extremely clean – the cleanliness is truly exceptional. You enter the apartment through the main entrance of the house. The owner Vesna and her whole family are very kind and welcoming. Every guest is treated like a friend coming for a visit. This apartment is a perfect choice for those who want to experience real hospitality and a warm, home-like atmosphere – where you feel like part of the family. You’ll be treated to homemade delights like artisanal jams and local salami, and even if they don’t mention it, they might surprise you with breakfast or invite you to a family dinner. It’s the kind of atmosphere that is hard to find nowadays.

Positive: We had a very comfortable stay! The hosts were helpful and friendly, they made us feel very welcome! The apartment has exceeded our expectations, it is very clean, very well kept and decorated with attention to details. Also, the apartment is spacious and extremely well equipped. The location is great, walking distance to the local grocery shop and also to Kuterevo Bear Sanctuary. We'll definitely come back again for a peaceful getaway!

Positive: Apartment Kremen is delightful. We went to the village of Kuterevo to see the rescued bears at the local bear sanctuary and ended up also loving Apartment Kremen, the family that owns the apartment and the village of Kuterevo. The experience was authentic Croatia at its best - warm, caring, welcoming, proud, humble. You could not meet nicer people. We were met by Lucca who made us feel very welcome, and then later in our stay we met Vesna who was also warm, genuine and happy to chat. We had dinner at the one and only restaurant in Kuterevo - OPG - Butina. The lady running the restaurant was also lovely. The food was excellent too - exceeded our expectations. . One of the most memorable travel experiences I've had. Go! A great apartment, in a beautiful location and village.

Negative: Loved everything.

Positive: It was comfortable and spacious. The owners left enough of everything, inc milk and fresh fruit, so truly a home type home. The location was perfect, as a serene local village with super lovely villagers. A small shop was walking distance as well. We were close to the bear sanctuary.

Positive: This is the place you want to stay at when you find yourself in the middle of Velebit. My husband and I arrived late, around 8pm I think and owner welcomed us very warmly and friendly and gave us homemade cakes as a welcome gift! We had spacious apartment, very well equipped, we had our privacy and a much needed good night’s sleep. Clean, cozy, warm. Next morning owners invited us to see how they make their own plum jam (Lika plums are very famous) and it was really nice to see that. We even got another present - homemade mixed salad - very delicious!:) We loved meeting the grandma (salud her please), we enjoyed the most beautiful, tamed and fluffy dog ever (please pet her once again for us)! Thank you!
