Positive: It was possible to check in even at night. Free parking is available, but by request. Good size room with shower and kitchenette. Freezer, kettle, stove, microwave oven and coffee machine are in the room. Free tea, coffee and water for guests. Kitchenware are in the room too.

Negative: There are no night curtains in the room, in summer you'll wake up early)

Positive: The apartment was excellent, just as described—clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.

Negative: However, the reception staff don’t speak English, they’re extremely slow during check-in, and can be quite unpleasant. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked if we had a visa, even though Serbian citizens don’t need a visa to enter the EU. He then searched online to check whether we needed one, but seriously, why would a receptionist even ask for a visa in the first place, even if we did need one? The next evening, when we parked in the guest parking area (they had taken our license plate number during check-in), the porter from the seventh floor started shouting at us—asking who we were, saying we couldn’t park there, and telling us to wait for him to come down, which took him five minutes. When he finally came down, he again asked who we were, even though he had our license plate number. We explained that we were guests booked through Booking.com, and then he asked where we were going. We told him we were going for a beer, and he responded, "No beer, nothing is open!"—almost telling us "GO TO SLEEP!" even though there’s a pub just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment that’s open until 2 AM. Who is he to ask where we’re going anyway?
