Negative: The building is in the middle of construction, yet they rent places. Also there is a massive new building being build right across the street (in front of the apt windows). Constant very loud noise from early morning till 9 PM. And I mean constant, not just some bangs. NOT PASSABLE FOR HEALTHY STAY. If you're a tourist who's there just to sleep, it's probably ok, but to anyone else - NOT RECOMMENDED as of 28.12.2025. Might be good in half a year. Also utensils were in extremely poor shape, tiniest knife for cooking and long black hair across apartment + dust.

Positive: It had all the facilities required for the stay.The host was very help. Very cozy and comfortable.

Negative: The neighbor below is allergic to kids. So family with young active kids please avoid this place.

Summary: In general a good stay if I remove the complaints from the neighbor beneath the apartment.
