Positive: it's a good value for money. the hotel is well situated, near the center and relatively close the Futuroscope. Stuff is helpful and the breakfast is very good. There were everything we needed at the kitchen. Linen and towels were clean. That's all we needed to stay for 2 nights

Negative: The room for 4 people is two small for a family of four. If you unfold the sofa, there is no room to walk or sit at the table. There is no window in a bedroom and no good ventilation. Air conditioner is noisy , but without it there is no air. and it blows directly onto the beds and you cannot make it blow less. In the end our kid got sick a bit. Towel drying rack didn't work. And in general room and the hotel is rather shabby. There was dust in the corner behind the sofa bed.

Positive: Hotel with rooms and apartments (and elevator). Small indoor swimming pool. The reception was friendly and helpful. The apartment has a mini kitchenette, too small for extensive cooking, but OK for fixing a simple meal. The room is clean enough but not super clean. The beds are comfortable. The indoor parking is ideal if you come by car (make reservations!) for €9.

Negative: The TV could be upgraded, rather small screen and no possiblity to input your own device. Hard to get a connection to the wifi. But OK once connection suceeds. The location is not at a very charming street, but central in Poitiers.

Summary: Good for one night.
