Positive: The rooms a very big and have a full suite of amenities. The aircon is excellent and it was very clean and modern. It is in a great location, not too busy but very easy to transport around the island and very close to the port. Ultimately it is the hosts which make this stay so amazing. Marco, Pietro and Giovanna (Sorry but Giovanna was our favourite) are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They truly make you feel at home and are such nice and genuine people. I wish people will stay so they will have the pleasure that we did to meet these lovely people. I can confidently say you will not find a place on the island which offers a more warm and welcoming stay than here. We hope to come back soon!

Negative: N/A - It was our favourite stay in our month in Europe. A 10/10 is not sufficient, it should be 11.

Positive: The apartment is in an excellent location, walking distance to port, shops, restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the place was spotless. Marco was easy to communicate with and is sweet mother is an absolute gem. If I have the good fortune to return to this beautiful island, I will definitely stay with them.

Positive: Marco was great with communication and arranged transportation to and from the property. Giovanna was a god send. She really made the stay over the top. So welcoming and always making sure we were happy here. Pietro was a great guy and always checked in with us. I wish we spoke Italian, it would have been even a better experience (and the experience was exceptional and memorable despite). Great location. We used the 1 and 2 buses to see other parts of the island. Bus Stop (Ancora) is very close. Pool was inviting after a hot day exploring the Southern part of Ischia. Highly recommend.

Positive: Absolutely everything. The care and family touch was above and beyond the norm. The hosts sent a car at their expense to fetch us from the port. They then gave us lunch and showed us around the area, which is great for tourists who know very little. Every morning there was something special. The rooms were simple and it felt like staying with family. Great pillows, lots of cupboard space, everything you need for cooking. And a washing machine! The heated pool area was an extra special treat. Really the best stay in Italy for our honeymoon.

Positive: It is quite rare to come across an accommodation with such exceptional attention to detail, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures, but this dear sweet family manages to exceed every expectation. We were greeted upon arrival at the ferry port by a fully paid for taxi, welcomed with a warm embrace into our new home for 3 nights, and treated to coffee on several occasions. Speaking with Giovanna each night was the highlight of our stay and despite speaking almost no Italian, we left feeling like a part of the family. The place is also extremely central, just minutes to the town square and the main bus line. If you have the opportunity stay here, I strongly recommend you take advantage of the experience as it really is unlike any other we've had in Italy.

Negative: Nothing. Truly, nothing.

Summary: This stay was the highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy! We couldn't be more grateful.

Positive: The owner Marco was very nice. He arranged for me a free taxi from the port to the acomodation. His nice parents invited me with a drink and dinner. The B&M is in a guiet area of the town. Location is very good, close to bus station. A supermarket is 650 m far. The acomodation has very well equiped kitchen. Everything was very clean. Wifi was efficient and reliable.

Negative: It is a detail, but I missed a knife for bread. The matresses were a bit smooth.

Summary: Perfect base for recognizing of the island.
