Positive: It is very close to the beach, the beds were comfortable, and it has a nice pool. Was good for 4 people.

Negative: The bathroom door wouldn’t close, there was black mold in the shower, and the bathroom had a constant sewage smell. There is one check in desk and it is a small distance if you’re carrying a lot of luggage. It wasn’t an issue for us but should be noted.

Summary: This place looked nice and is very close to the beach but the bathroom was enough for me to not want to stay here again.

Positive: Apartment had almost everything you’d need to stay as a family of 3 for 2 days. Nice balcony.

Negative: Check-in process is horrible. We arrived with 5 heavy suitcases to the given location. It turned out that from there we had to go for 10 minutes with no sidewalks dragging our luggage to get to our Apollo apartment. Stuff wasn’t helpful at all. Instead of trying to help they started defending and pretending it’s not a problem. When I asked to change sheets the next day, they promised to send someone, but no one came. No kitchen towels, just two tiny rolls of toilet paper, mold in the shower on the ceiling, shower doors didn’t hermetically close, so water went all around the bathroom. Just one wine glass.

Positive: This is a very family friendly hotel one short block away from the best beach in Sitges. There is a pool and a small pool for children on the grounds. The apartments were well appointed and it was clean.

Negative: The reception is located at the main hotel, Sunway Golf & Spa Sitges. The reception is 24 hours, but you do have to go to the main hotel and or contact them if you need anything as there is no main staff on site to address issues. However, when I did contact the main hotel, they were quick to address issues.

Summary: Nice family friendly hotel in the centre of Sitges near the best beach on the promenade.
