Positive: Perfect location in the historic centre and only a few minutes walk to Plaza de La Virgen. Bed is super comfortable and the bed linen had a lovely fresh, clean smell - as did the whole apartment. Apartment is spacious and has plenty storage. Kitchen has everything you need and all glasses, plates etc were spotless. The owners responded quickly to messages and were friendly and helpful.

Negative: It’s quite dark, especially in the bathroom, where the only light is the light on the mirror. Some more lighting would make what is already a great place even better. A small table and a couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice. Many people, like myself, come from cold countries and like to sit out in the sun.

Positive: The staff are wonderful. They came and met me to hand me the keys. I was helped with taking my suitcase up to the fourth floor which was very kind. They didn't mind that I reoriented the dinning room table. They were very responsive to communications. They have luggage lockers that are convenient when you need them. Charming attic flat with all amenities.

Negative: I think they underestimated the time to arrive there from the airport by metro. The security box was "tricky" and I gave up on trying to use it. As it is an attic flat, the ceilings are a little low, but reorienting the main table helped.

Positive: Location was excellent, walking distance to some of the best historic sites in Valencia! Property was neat and clean; management staff especially Lina and Christian were very prompt and supportive to help us have a comfortable stay. Loved the walks in the evening to the old city center.

Negative: Could have been equipped with basic utensils such as a vegetable scraper; toilet/ wc cleaning liquid must be provided when the stay is long as we were staying for 2 weeks; wasps above the toilet window were a nuisance and roof beams in the rooms make it a little less comfortable especially when guests are tall.

Positive: Cozy apartment near many historic sites. The full kitchen was very convenient for having dinner and breakfast. The location was quiet and near many shops and restaurants. Had we not had to change units the day after our arrival (quite an inconvenience that disrupted our plans), I would have rated the apartment a '10'.

Negative: On the 2nd day of our stay, we received a message from the host saying we had to move our things into a unit on a lower floor (our original booking) with very little notice. This would not have been too inconvenient if we had been told during check-in that we would need to move units the following day. As it was, we had to cancel our plans that day to go back to the unit and move out.

Positive: Loved the location. Beds were comfortable and it's was quiet. Perfect stay. Great lounge and space. Fridge was clean. This place is amazing for 3 people. Lots of room and areas to sit. Bedroom wardrobes huge. The lane/street is car accessible so dropped off at door by taxi. Tapas bar and bar 40m away. We'll be coming back to this accomodation

Negative: The floors needed a decent mop and clean. Needed 2 towels each per person please if staying longer than 2 days please. Bathroom needs some wall hangers for towels please.
