Summary: Nice property, secure. It has a power gate that opens to let you in and out of the property so on arrival there's a bit of a kerfuffle. Let the owner know when you are arriving I guess. Nice, clean, modern space. Owners/Security were very good. On the downside you are driving everywhere, nothing close. I run, but the street is busy with no sidewalks so not good for that. We picked the place because it had a washer and dryer. The washer was a small apartment wash/spin thing that was hard to operate. The dryer was a clothing rack.. I gave up and washed a pair of socks which btw weren't dry by the next day. I would not include a washer and dryer as an amenity.

Summary: The owner, Rolf and his wife, live on the premises. The property is only 2 years old. Convenient to the airport and is secure with security. Highly recommend if you stay in San José for either short or long term.

Summary: Awesome quiet spot, Rolf was the perfect host, nice view from the balcony. You will definitely need a car to get to anything though - strictly a residential neighborhood.

Summary: Absolutely, stay here in this beautiful and new condo complex. All the amenities of home in tastefully decorated rooms. I enjoyed being on the main floor with patio doors opening onto green space and it seemed the upper units had balconies. The owners and staff were most helpful and the security man went the extra mile to get me a cab for an early morning departure. Thank you! The apartments are outside Alejuela proper in an area with no traffic and surrounded by green hills and cool breezes. I suggest staying here, towards the airport, instead of being in downtown SAN José which I didn’t care much for. Taxi to the airport only 5000 colones.
