Positive: Cleanliness, entirely adequate kitchen equipment ( 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster and coffee percolator - no oven or grill but pans, utensils and serving dishes) , balcony partly covered and with nice open aspect over trees, shrubs and houses. Bedside lighting and clothes storage particularly good. For some people noise from pub neighbour - clear on balcony but much less in bedroom - might be a negative. Proximity to convenience stores and some nice restaurants.

Negative: Uncertain parking availability. Access to local beach with a wheelchair was not viable and would be a short but energetic walk for others.

Summary: Clean, bright, comfortable and very good value.

Positive: The apartment was in a great location and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area to stock up on essentials for your stay. The apartment itself was basic but had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable with sheets changed while we were there and towels also changed a few times.

Negative: The only thing we didn't particularly like was the music / entertainment noise from the hotel opposite. Sitting on the terrace in the morning or evening was not very relaxing.

Positive: The location of the apartment is amazing! The magnificent beach of Cala Ferrera is 4 minutes away on foot, and there are also 3 more beautiful beaches within 15-20 minutes on foot. The apartment is quite large, the terrace is also large. The kitchen has everything you need. Cleaning and change of towels was several times. We were very pleased!

Positive: Antonio was a very nice guy. Liked chatting with him a lot. Very helpful. :)

Negative: The a/c was quite strong(didn’t spread the air evenly within the apartment but rather came out in a strong blast of air. Though this wasn’t truly an issue as everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff a lot :)

Positive: Apartment is good and clean. But its small. It has centralized heating system. The apartment which we got it on the top floor.

Negative: THe switches are not good. We dont have alight in the bedroom for the whole 4 nights. Need to change the switches We lost the heating system on the last day. No response from the host.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay except few haddles.
