Negative: The description should include the fact that there are a flight of stairs to the apartment and there is no elevator. I was packed heavy because I was in here for a couple months and I wasn’t prepared to look my suitcases upstairs. The gentleman who met me did carry one up. All the lax are really confusing. I felt locked in like a fortress in order to get out in the morning. I had to unlock four doors. Put a shelf or some thing inside the shower for people who bring their own toiletries. There was no place for me to put my stuff in there while I was taking a shower.

Positive: My arrival was delayed by transport problem. Staff member stayed late to hand the keys with a smile. The property is centrally located five minutes from Guggenheim three minutes from AirPort bus stop (heading towards bridge) In the centre of Food shopping and café area. Would stay again if in the area.

Negative: No complaints except tumble dryer not working as full of fluff (fire hazard)). Noisy drills in adjustment property, but presume this is temporary.

Summary: Clean, central, comfortable with friendly staff (not on site)
