Positive: The furnishings were pleasant and clean. It was a very secure apartment with an external code into the apartment complex. We didn’t have a car but the secure parking looked good. The apartment was close to the beach, bars, cafes and supermarket. The outdoor balcony was nice to get some fresh breeze. It was a quiet apartment. Lovely big bathroom and great fridge and freezer.

Negative: The bed was uncomfortable as the frame under the mattress sags in the middle so we ended up rolling into each other! There was no washing machine or dishwasher even though advertised as having these appliances. There were no directions on how to use the combined oven and microwave. Porto town is 30 mins taxi/ Uber from apartment as public transport is limited.

Positive: the balcony was perfect over looking the sea. pillow in the bed were a little uncomfortable but the bed itself was comfortable. shower went cold after 10 minutes of usage. The location was great next to a big shop and the sea including many cheap cafes and restaurants.

Negative: a wee bit far away from the central parts of porto and the before mentioned pillows were a tad uncomfortable

Summary: overall great and much enjoyable few days would definitely come back

Negative: Smaller than expected. It was not a 1 bedroom more a studio

Positive: Everything was perfect from the location to the apartment. The beach is only a few minutes walk, and the supermarket is located in the next building. Everything you need is close by. I would definitely recommend
