Positive: The owner lovely. Helpful. Had some nice touches like leaving fresh fruits for my children to enjoy. It’s close to local bars which are reasonably priced.

Negative: There’s a bar just outside with tables directly infront of the door which is great to have a drink whilst children are on iPads in the room. But not so great when you want to rest and there’s people chatting and making noise right outside the door from early morning to 1am. It’s like a refurbished shop front on a ground floor/street level of a block. So can also hear the block gate being opened and closed.

Summary: Ok location. Non touristic part. Noisy till 1am

Positive: This place is fantastic, made even better by a brilliant host. We were traveling from the UK on an early flight, and was even accommodated to check in much earlier than scheduled. The host was brilliant, providing advice of the local area and how best to get around as tourists. The apartment is exceptionally clean and has everything you need. Absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay to explore Madrid.

Positive: The host of the property went above and beyond our expectations. We had particular health requirements and the host was knowledgeable, which made it all so reassuring for us. We knew from the get go we were not going to have problems and was great to get in and feel our stay was going to be smooth. Well decorated and furnished apartment. I further liked the bathroom and the power of the hair dryer (so difficult to find a good one in most hotels and rented accommodations).

Positive: Excellent location with the metro station within 5 mins and a supermarket more a less next door. Easy to access to the apartment and the owner couldn’t do enough to help us out via WhatsApp messages when we asked any questions. If in Madrid again to watch a football game will 100% stay again.
