Positive: The unit appears to be newly renovated and very clean. Owner was very responsive. It was spacious for two people, and would be comfortable for three. It has three queen size beds in one big bedroom, so it can sleep six, but then it would be too cozy in the sitting and dining area with that many people. Has one bathroom with 3/4 shower. Good water pressure and hot water daily. Free parking on the street or the owner can reserve a single parking area adjacent to the house. Entry is by digital pad and the code/ information was sent the day before arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishware, pots/pans, toaster, blender, microwave. Good wifi. Two ceiling fans, great daylighting. Aldi's groceries is one block away. Less than 10 minutes to downtown and other attractions.

Negative: The unit is located on the top floor (3rd floor) of the house, accessed by a narrow shared interior staircase. If you have lots of luggage, bulky bags, or mobility issues it may be a problem. For us, it was not a concern. Only one TV was provided, but it was in the bedroom, not the living room. We did not watch any TV during our stay so again, no biggie for us. Someone else had commented about the neighborhood, which might seem iffy, but we had no issues and during the day, it was fine. We never walked it after dark, so not sure.

Positive: Location was perfect for a Brewers game day! There was plenty of room for our family in the three large beds in the upstairs apartment and the futon pulled out too. Host was very responsive and helpful. Very clean. We enjoyed this location and would stay here again. It only took 15 minutes to get home after a very busy baseball game.

Negative: Host responded quickly to issue with the bed frame and will repair soon. Streets are narrow.

Summary: Great location near Brewers stadium, clean flexible space.

Positive: The apartment was very close to American Family field. We went to a Brewer game and had a short drive after the game. This was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Negative: The combination entry was a little tricky as was finding the correct door. The host was available and very helpful though.

Summary: A nice value apartment in a decent neighborhood that is very close to American Family Field.

Positive: The apartment was clean and spacious. There's a pretty good Mexican restaurant just around the corner, and taking an Uber to the Lake Express ferry after check out only took ~15 mins.

Negative: The bedding smelled VERY strongly of fabric softener - had to open the windows to try to sleep. Downstairs neighbors kept pounding their ceiling/floor when we were getting ready for the day.

Positive: Very spacious, cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and some extra toiletries if needed and the kitchen was spotless. Lots of thoughtful touches as well, like free water bottles, and books about Milwaukee.

Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Positive: The property is like a getaway home. It has a fully kitchen, a big 3- queen-bed bedroom, a dining room with a complete furniture set. The property is super clean. Its location is safe, closed to downtown, airport and grocery store. The host is very nice and available to contact via text anytime. Parking is right in front of the apartment. The duration of our stays was 5 comfortable days. We enjoyed our stays and highly recommend it to everyone!

Positive: Top floor large apartment. Fully furnished. Very Very Clean! Leafy neighborhood was quiet at night.

Negative: The stairs leading to the apt door is dimly lit. Required a flashlight to go up the last flight of stairs and to see the keypad.
