Positive: Location was good very close to centre, we stayed on the 8th floor and they had an elevator, the host was helpful as we arrived late left the flat accessible easily.

Negative: Enterd flat, smell of cigarettes smoke impregnated into the whole flat we slept with all windows opened. Found cockroaches in bedroom, that was scary! And ants in bathroom...bed super big but me and my 5yr old wake-up with backaches every morning, pillows half the size of a normal pillow. Toilet wasn't flushing, was told they had turned water off because the reservoir wasn't functioning properly and water was running constantly. I was told to turn it back on but then tank wasn't filling was told to lift the lid up etc...that didn't work, please fix the tank before you allow anyone to rent it. Not nice to pay and not be able to use toilet. Shower decent but had to hold it as there was no shower support, I don't get it, these things are cheap and for someone with long hair how can you wash and rinse with one hand?
