Positive: We had no breakfast at the property. The apartment is in fact a studio with kitchen in the living room and a bathroom, with both the large bed and the couch (rather simple) in the living room. To say that this is an `apartment` its too much. Decent for 2 nights stay. Very clean if you don't count an ant `invasion` that needed to be addressed with some bugs spray. Rather close to the city center, with some stores and pharmacies in close proximity. ATM at around 2 minutes walk, basically around the corner. Close to the city Municipal Hospital, every 5 to 10 minutes an ambulance would pass by with all sirens up (24/7 activity). `Free` Parking available (as in marked parking spots unoccupied) at almost all times. With some `talent` you can squeeze the car somewhere and get along with it.

Negative: The property is small and clean, but the surroundings... Communist era construction, with smelly halls and stairs, cables and pipes all around (seemed well maintained and safe, though). Had to pay cash directly to the host. If the outside of the property would had been in the pictures listed I probably would have skipped it and go somewhere else. Price was not high, but you can find other better alternatives at the same money paid, or with very little extra added.

Summary: Even if it was decent for our needs, we wouldnt choose it again. Not the property and host fault.
