Positive: Location was perfect for our needs. Close to the old city center so perfect for when we wanted to eat something but not too close to hear music or noises. Also very close to the beach which, when travelling with a small child, is always helpful. The apartament was clean, comfortable, air conditioning worked properly, kitchen was fully equipped. We had good communication with our host during the stay. Price was fair considering the time of the year (end of august).

Negative: Everything was good, no complaints.

Positive: Great experience. The location of the apartment (which was super clean) is excellent, close to the beach, shops and historic sites in the city centre. The host, Mihai, is a super attentive guy who helped us a lot with the transfer from and to the train station. If we ever return to Constanța, this will definitely be our place to stay.

Negative: Neighbours upstairs are a bit nasty, making noise late at night.

Positive: Location is right near the beach, albeit up a pretty long set of stairs. But that contributes to an amazing view from high up. There is a very good lateral sea view from living room and balcony, perfect morning coffee spot. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils, gas stove and oven, automatic espresso machine which makes very good coffee. Cleanliness is very good, surface area is very good. For the money and location, overall the value is excellent.

Negative: Minor maintenance stuff, just a couple of noteworthy things. A step up to the hallway that should be marked with yellow/black tape (we hit our toes a few times). And sometimes a bad plumbing smell, perhaps better insulation is needed.

Positive: Size of apartment is good for 2 couples or a family with kids, perfect location. The host is very nice and helpfull. He helped us with transfer to the train station both ways, which was perfect for us.

Summary: Perfect 4 days at the seaside, just near the beach!
