Summary: I loved the pillows. I chose it because it was close to my son's family and had a kitchen. I did not understand that I was expected to bring my own toilet paper as I was told by one of the desk employees because it was an apartment. In fact, the housekeepers did replenish the supply, and most of the tings I requested, like a fan and a 2d ice tray, were provided but I had the sense that my requests were unusual. I would probably stay there again because of the location and the ability to have a kitchen for breakfast.

Summary: They gave me the wrong number for checking in and I had problem at night nobody at the reception. You should check in during midday when reception is open.

Summary: This property was just fine for me. It was quiet, staff were friendly, and there were decent bus connections and two supermarkets nearby. The decor is a bit dated and kitchen utensils a bit limited but on the plus side I had plenty of space and enjoyed my stay everall.

Summary: Modern apartment-hotel, with good size rooms and nice bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location in a Berlin suburb, with plenty of free parking space. WiFi could be better though. Just a few restaurants within walking distance.

Summary: Great location and value for my wife and I. Service was great and all the comforts of home are within walking distance. We will book this again next year for sure.

Summary: There were few reasonably priced hotels available when I was in Berlin, so I was discouraged by the distance from the city center. The public transportation was great, though, and the hotel was easy to find, so it worked out okay. I would stay longer if I needed to!
