Summary: The views and access to private beach were sensational! My family enjoyed our stay in our flat that overlooked the beautiful ocean. When visiting Buzios, we will choose to stay here rather than in town. The beach and views are to die for, and it’s a quick trip in town to enjoy shops, restaurants and other beaches. Going to sleep and waking up at Apa Pau was a dream. We could hear waves crashing and watch sea turtles and sea birds from above. We were in heaven!

Summary: Overall a great place to spend a few days, the place is an old place so the are some rooms if not most with a bit of mildew smell and or stains. It needs an update.
