Positive: We spent only1 night, we were in transit in Kagoshima; we booked 2 rooms and they were clean and quite large, the staff was friendly; we had to reach the airport the next day, and they helped us to understand the location of the bus stop.

Positive: Air conditioner did not work despite being on so really hot to sleep. Pillows were really bad as well. Overall can't recommend the stay as it felt lacking very basic things in order to have a restful sleep.

Negative: The driving entrance seems difficult for foreigners unfamiliar with the road marks in Japan. I have tried twice to turn into the hotel from the opposite side of the road and found a shaded road marking not sure if l can turn into the hotel from the opposite side or not.

Summary: Nice and comfy. Very reasonable price for parking

Positive: Clean, easy to park the car. Car park wasn't too expensive

Negative: I wish breakfast was free or the price of breakfast can be lower. 1000 yen for breakfast is expensive, as I do not need a buffet since I do not eat much. Perhaps the hotel can consider a breakfast buffet option for 1000 yen, and a breakfast set option for a much lower price for people who do not eat much

Summary: All good but would be good to have a continental breakfast included
