Positive: The property was conveniently located within easy walking distance of many restaurants and it had a large car park making it easy to drive there.

Negative: We had a double bed in the room which was very comfortable itself but the pillows were very strange. One seemed to be filled with rice and the other was a memory foam pillow. I didn’t like them and struggled to sleep on them.

Summary: Very clean and tidy with very helpful staff.

Positive: It had all the basic amenities and very clean and neat As all other APA hotels.

Negative: I like everything they had. I wish they had an onsen as well. But I know it doesn’t have an onsen when I book it.

Positive: The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great, with lots of options. And the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. We had a fantastic time.

Positive: The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. There is a coin laundry machine available and the location is fairly easy to get to They have dinner and breakfast options for a very good price

Negative: The smoke. The 5th floor is a smoking floor, which also happens to be where the laundry is. It also means that the elevators always smelled of smoke and for someone who has asthma, this made breathing incredibly difficult everytime I needed to go up or down to my room. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back to this hotel.
