Summary: Friendly staff. Cost effective, nice place to stay in Himeji. Close proximity to town, restaurants, convenient stores, JR station and famous Himeji castle. Breakfast options are limited.

Summary: It's a super clean hotel, really gorgeous interior. The staff is so polite and so very helpful! They made sure the Takyubin would take our luggage to Kyoto on time for the next day, was so helpful to us! They were great! It's a shame the room and bathroom are so small, but it's a Japanese hotel, so that's how it is in this kind of hotel. Good price for what you get.

Summary: Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Shower space was odd and water couldn’t be contained in the shower so floor was fairly wet. We were able to watch a movie in English which was a welcoming respite after being on the road for 12 days. Also the location was perfect to walk to the Himeji Castle and garden area and many reason Otemae-dori street.

Summary: I stayed by myself last year but this time I stayed with my son. Room was large enough for 2 adults. Close to Himeji Castle and many restaurants. It was very convenient.
