Positive: I liked the location of the hotel as I was there for the F1 GP. It was a quick bullet train ride to the main city to transfer to suzuka

Negative: It's hard to say this but in Japan, everyone is so nice, so when you get to a hotel and the staff is just "meh", you feel the difference. The bed was really uncomfortable and the rooms are very tiny.
