Summary: No elevator so you have to take stairs to get to your room with your lugage. The room I was assigned the A/C was not working, so imagine taking the stairs to a third floor with luggage and when you finally get to your room no A/C.

Summary: Simple hotel, recommended for those who just want a place to sleep and shower. Good value for money. Since my visit to Madrid was to get to know the city, I didn't care much about the hotel. I would stay there again.

Summary: It’s quite functional but there’s no airconditioning, we had to open the windows but it was noisy and found 2 bugs that might have come in. The bathroom was quite big however, the shower stall was too small. The breakfast offered for a fee did not have hot options. The staff were very helpful though and the rooms are clean.

Summary: The room was very big! The front desk girls super helpful, there is a restaurant walking distance, and they offer shuttle to airport for 10 euro so it was super good!! Thank you PS I love the orange cat on the lobby!

Summary: We requested a room for 4 guests, room 107 was fine for 4 guests, the problem was that the rooms were not built with a design that would insulate noise, you can perfectly hear footsteps, voices and all kinds of activity especially from adjacent rooms and even more so from the rooms above, as well as emphasis on the service of using the hotel transportation, information should also be placed in the rooms for guests until what time it is allowed to make noise or to avoid disturbing by making noise.
