Summary: Third time i stayed there. Swimming pool on roof not in action no slippers and no milk provided for tea and coffee. Told swimming cap needed for pool but when daughter got there having paid €5 for cap no one else had one. Breakfast lovely and hotel position great for everything. Room with balcony still makes this a great place to stay in Faro

Summary: The hotel needs a makeover and a deep clean. Receptionist got the date of our ferry booking wrong. The booking was related to the roof top pool being closed (mid summer) so they ran a ferry to the beach as compensation. Fine if the date was right. The lobby WC was a mess in the morning when we were checking out. Bed linen seemed to have high man-made fibre % Fine if that's your thing.
