Positive: My stay here was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The entire house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming. It was clear that a great deal of thought and care had gone into every detail. Small touches such as complimentary chocolate bars, bottled water, drinking glasses, a notepad with pencils, and cookies and sweets in the kitchen made the experience feel especially thoughtful and personal. The bedroom itself was cosy, stylishly decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of soft pillows that made for a perfect night’s sleep. Anya was a wonderful host throughout the stay. She was warm, accommodating, and attentive, even offering to adjust the room temperature to suit our preference. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, cutlery, and everything needed for convenience, and once again, everything was impeccably clean. Communication was excellent from the beginning. Anya sent clear check in instructions on the day of arrival along with lots of useful information. Although the property offered self check in, she still took the time to personally greet us and show us to our room, which was a lovely touch. The property also offers free WiFi, plenty of free on street parking, and a great selection of restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. Its location is ideal, being only a 15 to 20 minute drive from Belfast. I genuinely loved my stay here and would not hesitate to return. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and exceptionally well maintained place to stay.

Positive: Nice home, pleasantly decorated. Anya was accommodating and kind, even leaving out home made cookies for our arrival.

Negative: Being on the main road made it noisy, even through the night. There was a draft through the window over the bed. I stacked up cushions over the draft.

Positive: Needed a place to sleep ahead of a very ewrly flight, and reasonably priced. Great communication from Anya and a lovely luttle room and house to stay in for the night. Therr was coffee and tea provided. I only stayed here from late on and then left early but all facilities clean, good hot shower and on street parking for the car. Ticked all the boxes i needed.

Negative: It is as described, basic but absolutely perfect for what i needed.

Positive: It’s lovely warm place. They are aware of a few things to improving their property alike how to using dishwasher or coffee for example. But it’s a good idea about introduction book or folder and I’m recommending to staying there again.
