Even with a change in ships, the staff stayed on top of everything; their communication was so seamless that we didn't miss our early morning hot air balloon flight. Positive: The set up of the hotel was great. Beautiful lobby and outdoor dining and pool area. The staff could not have been nicer. Rooms were ample and had all we needed. We were within spitting distance of the springs.

Negative: We had 2 rooms, 1 of the rooms the shower head didn't move. Other than that, all was great.

Summary: Great location, great service, fantastic dinner at a great value. Friendly staff
