Positive: This a pre and post operation hotel so if you don’t mind seeing people with bandages and drains you should be all ok. The rooms were very well appointed and the room cleaning staff were the happiest and most helpful people along with a couple of lovely young men in reception. The breakfast buffet is adequate. Don’t expect hot water in the bathroom as it’s just warm.

Negative: Water is warm when having a shower. Obviously thinking about the post op guests so the water is not hot at all .

Positive: Absolutely great hotel if you’re planning on coming to Istanbul for surgery. They have 24/7 nurse which is useful and you don’t feel out of place there. Only negative I can say is WiFi is absolutely awful. Which isn’t great if you’re there for a weeks stay.

Positive: Clean, all necessary facilities in the room, friendly staff

Negative: The perfume in the corridors was so strong, it was poisoning, if you have allergies- be aware of it. Location of the hotel - in the middle of the roads and motorway, nowhere to go for a walk.
