Positive: Easy check in and out, we arrived late and the front desk was so accommodating. Comfortable bed, excellent water pressure & temps.

Negative: The property doesn’t have control over this- but the only downside was limited food options when arriving late. Nothing was open! Just make sure if you have a late arrive to the town, bring food from a stop long before this city. We arrived at 12am to be fair, so that may be an unrealistic expectation.

Summary: Excellent service, very comfortable.

Negative: we were on the first floor and the room above us was very loud - they were heavy walkers and you could hear them clomping around all night.

Positive: Can't judge a book by its cover, the outside is plain. The room was homey, comfortable, clean. Great water pressure, extremely hot and cold water for shower, bed and pillow extremely comfortable. Thoughtful touches throughout, like they actually cared about your stay. We plan to stay here again when we come back to Lassen National Park

Positive: Relatively quiet. Always seem to be some yelling in the middle of the night to wake one no matter where you stay. Antler Inn is of no exception unfortunately. Overall a great stay.
