Positive: The staff at the hotel were excellent - especially Julio and his wife who ran the restaurant. We were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the evening meals (if you choose to pay extra to eat in) - as some of the reviews we read about it weren’t all that complimentary - these may be old reviews - but for whatever reason, don’t believe them - the food is great. Breakfast (included) also really good - these may be views eating from the balcony amazing
Negative: There was fridge in the room - however, ice was available from the bar/reception area. The room was very good except for the size of the shower, which was tiny - and there is no room to even bend over to wash you legs

Positive: The hotel is about the Lovely pool, the nice Breakfast & Dinner Terrasse, and the overall area (nature & animals). Staff was friendly.
Negative: The room was the smallest & darkest room I ever had in Italy. But there are also lovely one you can tell. Don‘t book the cheapest category unless you really don’t care. For the region quite average food.
