Positive: By far the best place we stayed during our Chile round trip. The staff was very professional and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely terrace offering views of the pool, the city, and the sea.

Negative: On the downside, breakfast was disappointing — both the selection and the taste could be improved. The hotel is in a higher price class, but overall the quality of the stay and service was worth it.
