Positive: Homely atmosphere, clean, good breakfast, no problem with bike storage. What more could you want? :)

Negative: just a fact - keep in mind that the nearest shop and restaurant is about 3 km (150m vertical) in Pozzomaggiore. In Mara there is only bar.
