Summary: Needs to specify the picture in the advertisement because the stairs is not for older person. Too stiff and not wide. Stairs on the sleeping area is not secured due to missing railling. Overall the apartment is clean and complete amenities.

Summary: complex A was hard to find. Luckily we had somebody(local) help us locate the entrance. Good thing about this place. It's walking distance to Shibuya crossing.

Summary: Please notify guests when you have received their completed online guest information form. I submitted mine, then was asked to complete the same form some weeks later. Also, please email the manual (lock box info, etc.) at least several days before the stay and make sure the contact phone number is not one that is out of service. The Expedia platform provided links that did not function. It is better to e-mail directly to guests rather than via the Expedia platform. The manual itself was very thorough and useful. Thank you!
