Positive: I have no words to describe how extraordinary this hotel was. The room and the outside area were amazing, it did not even feel real. I never ever stayed at a better, cleaner, more beautiful hotel. The location was great too. And then the staff... oh my God. Matilda, the hotel manager, was literally the nicest human on earth. She was so available, helped us with everything and even helped us get extremely early in the morning with the baby to the hospital. She is truly there for the clients and I will never forget her kindness and involvement.

Negative: Nothing to say. Everything was just perfect.

Positive: Location is perfect for Ornos, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The room was great, clean, quiet and had a nice balcony looking to an open green space, very relaxing. Great place to have your breakfasts, super delicious btw. Matilda was a great host, she mad sure everything was smooth. If I ever go back to Ornos I wouldn't even look anywhere else.

Positive: New property with renovated rooms.

Negative: No proper reception desk. We arrived late and there was no one there. We were guided at the room and that was it. TV remote was missing
