Positive: Ann and the girls were fantastic, the place was really nice. The food was honestly some of the best we had i Thailand. Would definitely reccomend this place! We stayed there to go on trips to the national park and Ann helped us with the practical stuff. Amazing! We could also rent scooter from the place.

Positive: The staff is trying to be kind, and is very smiling. The room and the café are very clean and beautiful. There are many lighting options in the room, a big mirror, and a nice balcony. Room service every day.

Negative: We left with a bitter taste. This place feels like it's run for the money, and not for the guests or for hospitality. They insisted to do our laundry when I said we could do it ourselves in a laundromat. They then charged us 350 baht for it! This is extemely expensive. They charged this money after we paid for everything else, when the person who did the laundry for us wasn't there, so we couldn't even argue with her. They advertise scooter rentals, but they charge 500 baht / day! Never saw this price anywhere else during my 1 year in Thailand. They also charged and extra 100 baht for gasoline, which should have cost 40-50 baht. The breakfast is simple, it's ok, but could be nicer. I'm a big fan of Thai tea, and to be honest the Thai tea wasn't good here. We found the price of the accommodation too expensive for what it is. There are many other places around for cheaper and who will help you around without charging you for every little thing.

Positive: The facility is brand new, and all the room amenities worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the air conditioning worked very well. The cleanliness was outstanding, and we were very satisfied with the breakfast. The staff were friendly and always helpful, which made us feel very comfortable. It was also great to have a café on-site, offering delicious food and excellent coffee. It was also very kind of them to offer us a cold coconut drink while we were waiting at check-in. After a long motorbike journey, it was incredibly refreshing and much appreciated. If I return to the same area, this is definitely a place I would happily choose to stay at again.
