Positive: Just like a standard house. All the equipment necessary, no surprise. Owner living just by the rental. Warm welcome. Everything explained in person and through a booklet. Lots of space (inside and outside, parking as well), nearby mini grocery store - tesco. Standard fridge (not the little ones). Super clean. Modern. Looks like it was built within the year. In our top 5 of house rentals we’ve had (over 25).

Positive: The host was waiting when we arrived. He showed us into the property and gave us a tour of everything including the heating controls. He fully explained all the rules, along with showing us where contact details were. He made it clear to let him know if there were any issue and he would sort them immediately. Being from the same area originally we had a number of chats about places we both knew. I cannot recommend Meadowbank highly enough, in fact hopefully, we can go back again sometime for another stay.

Negative: Absolutely nothing. Everything lived up to our ecpectations in terms of accomodation and friendliness.

Summary: Highly recommendable place to stay. Perfect for the places we visited.
