Summary: Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.

Summary: We loved everything about this hotel! Fantastic family connected rooms (family of x4 with young children), lovely heated pools inside and out, the best breakfast we ever had in Cyprus and beyond. Lovely approachable staff that will accomodate every aspect you could ever wish for. Yes its more exoensive than alot of the competition but it is definitively worth it and certainly worthy of its x5 star status. If we ever return to Pafos, then we will stay here!
