Positive: Location!!!! Fantastic hike behind the house that leads to Oval beach. Cute quaint house with lots of character and love.

Negative: Stairs everywhere. Stairs to get in to house and stairs to get to second bathroom. Most of the beds are not on the floor with a bathroom. Host asks you to clean after you pay a large sum to stay, which comes off poorly.

Summary: Enjoyed my stay, won’t come again.

Positive: The screened in porch is amazing to watch the boats go bye. The location of the cottage is wonderful.

Negative: Steps out front were slippery and needed grip pads.

Summary: We loved the cottage and so did our English Bulldog. Location is close to everything. Loved watching the boats go bye.

Negative: Only has 1 bathroom which worked fine for 3 sisters but would be difficult with more people . No heating or air conditioning but great fans on porch and in bedrooms so we were good….and weather wasn’t too hot or humid
