Summary: Very friendly staff, especially the young blonde lady who works at the guest relations desk (I forgot her name!). Rooms are average, need an update - otherwise good hotel. However, one huge disappointment was a male front desk team charging my credit card with over 1,000 gbp even though my stay was pre paid for. I am still waiting for a refund, they are taking very long to sort this issue and I don't this is not acceptable.

Summary: Very nice hotel with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly, and the free parking was a bonus. The indoor swimming pool was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely be back!
