Positive: We stayed at Anjung Seri for 2 days, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Pros: The host was extremely helpful and responsive, with smooth and clear communication throughout our stay. He even helped us carry our belongings upstairs, which we truly appreciated. The house itself is spacious, new, and very clean, making it comfortable for a family stay. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool area, which is located under a roof and consists of three pools — a kids’ pool, an adult pool, and a jacuzzi (though the jacuzzi does not have warm water). The unit comes with a huge balcony, perfect for relaxing. The colourful lamps in the living room add a beautiful and cosy atmosphere at night. The bathtub in the master bedroom was a highlight — my kids enjoyed it so much! Water pressure was excellent (A+++), which made showers very satisfying. The iron provided was new and smooth, and both check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free.

Negative: Cons: The air conditioner in the middle room was not cooling properly. I reported it to the host, but since it was Sunday and no technician was available, it couldn’t be fixed immediately. However, the host addressed the issue promptly after we checked out on Monday. As this is a new unit, the kitchen appliances are still incomplete. Thankfully, the host informed us beforehand, so we brought our own basic cooking items since we planned to prepare a simple breakfast. Overall, we were happy with our 2-day stay at Anjung Seri and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. 👍
