Positive: Good location, 10 min walk to the beach Clean Very friendly owner Best cocktails at the bar across the street, the best I've had in mallorca by far Supermarket across the street Fenced parking

Negative: The air conditioner is only in the livingroom and even if it was running all day It didn't cool the 2 bedrooms so no one was able to sleep The apartment needs a do over, especially the bathroom, the mirror and the shower curtain need to be changed. The bed sheets in the kids bedroom had some stains on.
