Positive: Staff are very nice. The staff came to help me open the door and gave some advice to me. Customer service is also good. The position is also great, it’s near the cathedral and the palace. Less than 5 minutes’ walk.

Negative: Too many insects and mosquitoes inside the apartment. During the three days, we killed as many as we can. We also tried to clean the kitchen and bathroom. However, there’re still many and I can’t sleep every night.

Summary: If there were no insects and mosquitoes, I would rate highly. But it can’t ensure my sleeping time, it’s hard for me to

Positive: Lovely spacious flat in excellent location in Seville. Very good facilities. Walking distance to everywhere. Alberto was a very welcoming host and provided us with a range of suggestions for restaurants. We had a slight problem with our key and he came round late in the evening to help us.

Positive: The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with living room and one bedroom facing the main tourist area, close proximity to major attractions and restaurants

Negative: The living room and ensuite bedroom suffer terrible noise from the near by restaurants that operates til late (usually til midnight or 1AM) and terrible noise from next door fruit storage /trader people who usually loads their goods morning at 7AM

Negative: This apartment is just a real estate “empty” house rather into the hospitality industry . If the owner want to concentate to hospitality, should be improved in critical details of this house as : -cleanliness!! (We found this service much under the base), in one room there was not cover in the duvet while the other room had. -welcome provided products (would be nice to provide just a bit of coffee, salt , at least Kitchen paper etc, -noise (very loud district and the apartment is groundfloor (so are needed new soundproof window doors) -explanation and information. (would be nice just an information paper like how the kitchen works , the heating and the air conditioning , where we throw the garbage in the town etc) a functionality brochures Customer service. - the mosquitos issue : the house was full of mosquitos. The walls was full of killed from the previous guests. ok Its normal but when you know this issue just would be better to put a cheap tablet machine for mosquitos in the house as service They must listen to the guests and to count and analyze every feedback. Like Can't be a review a year+ ago saying that there are no hangers in the bathrooms and still there are not! I felt very embarrassed to complain every day about different issues of the house, in order to receive what I had pay for.

Positive: We had a great time in Sevilla, this property is right in the center of it all and could not have been move convenient for our trip. The staff was friendly on arrival and offered helpful tips on where to go and what to eat. We would stay here again.

Positive: We had a great stay in this apartment, its location is great, very close to the cathedral and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment is quite big and very clean. The host always responded our questions and they met us in person to give us the keys and a few information about the apartment. The Santa Cruz neighbourhood exceeded our expectations and we would love to return someday.
