Positive: Loved the proximity and the quiet area of the building and a great beach bar for lunch food and early diner, nice kind of laid back atmosphere that came with our studio view of the sea and general ease of the building and host. I would return in a heart beat...no questions. Can't beat, the view, the studio, the location and the host we had.

Negative: we had to leave!

Summary: Great studio and marvellous views and acces to the sea....40 steps away!

Positive: The location could not be better. The family sorted out all our issues promptly.

Negative: The room was very small and, as we were on a multi location holiday, we had quite a bit of luggage for which there was no storage. The bathroom was basic and would have benefitted from a shower tray. Very difficult to get hot water fir the shower.

Summary: For the cost, the room was adequate and the location is worth much more than the cost.
