Positive: -Maasikaso yung mga staff. Mabait at accomodating talaga -Malinis yung CR -Free mineral water -May mga lutuan and complete utensils -The owner lent us their speaker and mic for karaoke -Free wifi -TV with netflix -Own space for working -Garbage bags and tissues are provided -Free toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, and provided towels for each guest -Can use motorcycle or pwedeng magpahatid (sa palengke) gamit motorcycle

Negative: -Old sponge and dishwashing paste -Washing machine is always occupied because of the number of tenants -No dust pan -kitchen area/counter top is small. Siksikan yung lalagyanan ng utensils, lutuan, rice cooker and water jug.
