Positive: Cost effective, friendly staff

Negative: Pictures were taken when the peoperty was new and it now needs renovating and a good clean. Gardens also overgrown and full of weeds. Plastic screen by the spa was covered in black mould

Summary: Friendly staff but needs a refurbishment. Good local restaurants nearby

Positive: Accommodation is really nice, clean and in a quiet location. The beach is near. They offer bicycles that you can use to get to the beaches and the city, or you can simply order a grab. Staff is nice and helpful. We booked daily trip through them.

Positive: The owner was super nice and helpful, helping us book tours and etc. The scenery and decoration is very cute and pleasant. It was quiet, peaceful, and confortable in terms of room, sleep, etc. The laundry service they do is very cheap even within Vietnam, wich is great. Easy access and close to the beach. Overall an excellent experience

Negative: The beakfeast could have a little more variety of choices, but it was good and understandable since it’s a villa, not a hotel. The pool was probably the only slight let down within the villa, but that was it

Positive: Breakfast was yum, and made to order! The scrambled eggs were particularly nice🤤! Everything you need is close by, beach, supermarket, massage and a few nice restaurants. The surprise of a cake for our anniversary was delightful and the cake was delicious! Nothing was too much trouble. Was a little further out of old town than I anticipated, but was super easy to get a Grab. Would defs stay again!!!

Positive: - The quietness far from the bustling Hoi An city centre -.The design of the place - And Brian's exquisite cocktails :)

Negative: - The beach nearby which has suffered from previous severe weather but of course totally independent of the hotel manager and staff

Positive: Gorgeous property with some beautiful views. The breakfast/ pool area was absolutely stunning. The room itself had a fantastic jacuzzi outside and very comfortable inside.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like. It’s not close to the centre of Hoi An, however, that is such an easy fix.
