In the upper area is the leisure area with stereo, TV and dining table and the barbecue area with a pizza oven. There is also an area dedicated to hosting events, with DJ equipment and lighting for parties.
The attached house has 3 bedrooms and 1 suite and 2 more bedrooms that share a bathroom.
