Summary: this stay is very hard to summarize. the location of the hotel is excellent when whale watching or walks to beach or the Chamarel targets are on the bucket list. The pools are great and bit unsure why there is so often a fuss for clean beach towels since those should just be procured and maybe do not support some people changing all the time and others wait forever on a fresh one. The rooms are incredible bad noise insulated - you hear next to you and above you all the time. We enjoyed half pension and it was really weird that not even one bottle of water was included in the dinner, but all beverages had a price. And finally the staff is really difficult to judge upon. Some staff members are super - attentive, responsive and you feel a homey atmosphere while some are not really having their heart in the game. It really depends what you want to experience. If you enjoy a strong hang towards the Indian kitchen, spacious rooms which are somewhat needing a bit love and upgrading and an excellent base camp location the place delivers on price and value for sure. Having a Mauritius catalogue vacation- no for that the pricing packages and the mishaps from the staff will be in the way.

Summary: The property is situated in a prime location with a beautiful view. The swimming pools were really clean and the staffs were so nice. My room landline and TV was not working, just checking the room once would have helped . Overall an amazing experience :)

Summary: A budget hotel that served my purpose for business travel. Beautiful grounds and reasonably friendly staff and a generally comfortable room. Breakfast was awful, poorly executed, poorly presented and small variety. I stayed only one night and it was only acceptable but if I had booked a 2 week dream holiday to Mauritius and ended up here then I'd be sorely disappointed.

Summary: Nice location, enough space and shelfs in rooms and big pools. Beach was not crowdy also nice yoga on the beach in the morning although the yoga teacher was always late. Very good breakfast. Please avoid the garden spa, worst manicure ever resulting in bleeding cuticles and bad quality uneven polish. Otherwise would recommend Anelia Resort & Spa

Summary: The hotel is aesthetically very pretty. The rooms are very modern looking and clean. But all of this gets diluted by the terrible service at this resort. At reception only 1 lady, the short lady who checked is in, was friendly and cared about giving is good service. The rest of the front desk staff was super rude and patient. Sometimes they flat out refused to provide us service like when I requested an iron they guy just said no he won’t bring it because it was too early. The worst service was in the restaurant. Orders we make for drinks would be simply ignored. You wait for hours and nothing comes. The staff speaks to you rudely. They would make us move from certain areas because it’s not allowed to eat from there. It was just all horrible and unprofessional. We had to spend most of our time away from the resort and just go back there to sleep because the treatment was not nice.

Summary: All in All was the stay good. Only the Food Options were really bad. Don‘t book All Inclusive it is not worth the Money. The coffee at the Bar was so bad, i got food poisoning and was ill for two days.
