Positive: The unit is on the 3rd floor, with a nice rooftop. Wonderful view on mount mayon The unit is spacious for 2 people and is well equipped. Bed was comfortable. On the same street, you have one sari sari. 5 minutes by walk you have one 7 eleven.

Negative: The pressure of the shower is not constant...but it didn't bother us a lot.

Positive: Perfect view of Mayon Volcano on the terrace, my primary reason to visit Bicol! Friendly, helpful staff who generously let me arrive and move in early. Very clean, very comfortable. A wonderful studio with all the essential appliances, especially the microwave!!! Pleased to have a large jug of water to fill my water bottle each day vs buying bottled water.
