Positive: Fantastic common outdoor space in a small town, close to hiking, mountain biking, and lots of hunters in fall. Even on Sunday was able to get food from one of three spots.

Negative: They did a great job at keeping the place clean, so smelled a bit of cleaning solution. Solved by screened windows that opened :-).

Positive: Helpful and friendly. Willing to be there for late night check in. Pleasant grounds and quiet setting. Room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Negative: No AC, which wasn't actually required, meant leaving front window open, so rooster crowing required getting up to shut the window.

Summary: Very pleasant and met our travel needs well. I'd certainly stay here again.
