Positive: The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide whatever you need. The cleaning lady was super kind and welcoming.

Negative: In one of the rooms we had an issue with the doors, and the additional bed was a sofa which can be a bit tricky if you’re taller than 180 cm. However, the other room with the sea view was top, and overall the friendliness and service of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

Positive: Beautiful room and view, balcony was really big. So clean. Reception staff very very helpful, special mention to Alexandra I would say 1 of the best hotels we could see, great location.

Positive: - The breakfast was above the average one, but we prefer to have more options of vegetables - The huge advantage is a gym - The stuff was very responsive! - The room was with a good sound insulation - a great view from the room

Negative: - the beach isn’t private, there are a lot of other people, not the hotel’s guests. So we can’t say that our belongings are secured, while we swim, for example. Plus the beach becomes too crowdy, especially during the weekend - The electricity turned off several times during the day - Unstable wi-fi - It is not prohibited to smoke on the balcony, so we had a lot of ash on our balcony that was moved from the others. We dried our things on the balcony, so they were always covered with the layer of ash - The spa area doesn’t look like spa one, there wasn’t even a chair, where I could put my belongings, I were supposed to use a basin for it. The massage was… unusual. I believe it wasn’t worth it’s price

Positive: This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern and well equipped (except no drinks making facilities). The facilities are good. The restaurant is good. The location is great - a little further away from the centre, but walking distance to several nice shops and restaurants and of course with its own beach. But most of all, the staff at the hotel were exceptional, which made up for any minor dislikes. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, the guys on the beach and the housekeeping, they were all helpful, friendly, professional and conscientious. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.

Negative: The rooms at the front are noisy at night from the noise of the street. Bring ear plugs! The beach is also used by the public so you have to race down in the morning and reserve a spot really early. People smoke around you all the time - at the beach, in the restaurant when you’re eating. There’s nothing to eat at lunchtime if you’re on the beach or at the pool - you either have a pizza on the beach or a full on dinner menu at the restaurant. There are no small plates to have something smaller. Also, salads are monster portions (this seemed to be a thing everywhere) so order appropriately. These are not major complaints - I would still stay there again. They are minor things that could easily be improved.
